Job Title: Quality Control Specialist

Job Description: The primary responsibility of a Quality Control Specialist is to confirm that the Programmer Analyst has created an accurate and complete program in compliance with the provided design specifications and development standards. The Quality Control Specialist will work closely with the Product Analyst to understand the design specification and ensure the resulting program is complete and thoroughly addressing all elements of the design. The Quality Control SPecialist will confirm all programs comply with the published Summit development standards. The Quality Control Specialist will work closely with the Programmer Analyst to correct and retest any program errors in a timely manner.

Experience/Skill Requirements:
• Accounting knowledge required
• Good problem solving skills required
• Experience working in Unix preferred
• Experience with software testing procedures preferred
• Knowledge of the agri-business, petroleum distribution, or convenience store industries a plus
