Active X Errors
If you get an Active X error, follow the following steps to correct the problem. #4 and #5 apply only to XP users.

  1. Go to the Tools pull-down menu and click on "Internet Options...".
  2. Then, click on the "Security" tab and click on the "Internet" zone icon.
  3. Next, click on the "Custom Level" button.
  4. Scroll down to the "ActiveX control and plug-ins" section and look for the "Automatic prompting for ActiveX controls" option. Choose "Enable".
  5. Then, under "Binary and script behaviors", choose "Enable".
  6. Next, go to the "Download unsigned ActiveX controls" section and choose the "Prompt" radio button.
  7. Then, scroll down to the "Initialize and script ActiveX controls not marked as safe" section and click the "Prompt" radio button.
  8. Click "Apply" and "Ok" to exit the "Internet Options..." window.
  9. Then, click on your browser's refresh button to refresh this Web page.
