How to Promote After Hours Support to UGMs
After hours support (M-F 5-9pm or Sat 8am-5pm) is to be used by UGMs for emergencies only (system crashes, etc.) and it costs $200.00 per hour (30 minute minimum charge). No Sunday or Holiday hours are currently offered, however, the hours might be adjusted during harvest time. The after hours cell phone is 260.615.7264.

Jackie received her Associate's Degree in Accounting from Ivy Tech State College in Fort Wayne, IN in May 1996. Jackie worked at Toys-R-Us as the Department Head & assistant to the manager on the floor, in the store room & at the front end. Her responsibilities included counting the cash drawer, doing cash drops into the safe, handling customer returns, providing customer service & overseeing employees as they displayed inventory, helped customers, unloaded trucks, stocked inventory, built floor displays & ran the cash registers. In April 1996, Jackie brought her inventory & customer service skills to Summit.

Carla Minton

Prior to starting her career at Summit, Carla worked in customer service and the travel industry. She received a degree for Travel from Toledo Travel School in 2000. During her 1½ year career at Central Travel, Mrs. Minton booked travel packages which included car, airfare, and hotel. She also gained experience in customer communication both in person and over the phone.    She then moved onto AAA, where she served as the head travel agent and back-up Manager for 2 years. Carla’s passion for booking travel was abruptly halted when AAA was forced to close their doors after 9/11. Inspired to reenter college, Carla completed her Associates Degree in Applied Science of Paralegal Studies in July 2005. In January 2006, Carla came to Summit to share her customer service and travel industry skills.

Eric M. Swary

Eric attended University of Saint Francis for two years before taking some time off to get married. Mr. Swary has taken numerous arts and communication class, and maintained a steady 3.0 GPA. He was also an active member of the school speech team. His has experience in the food industry dealing with customers and reefing his culinary skills. Eric loves to cook and has a passion for great food. Mr. Swary has been dealing with customers over the phone and in person for the last six years and loves to get a laugh from the other end of the line. In October 2006, Eric came to Summit to offer us his customer care skills.
