How to Promote After Hours Support to UGMs
After hours support (M-F 5-9pm or Sat 8am-5pm) is to be used by UGMs for emergencies only (system crashes, etc.) and it costs $200.00 per hour (30 minute minimum charge). No Sunday or Holiday hours are currently offered, however, the hours might be adjusted during harvest time. The after hours cell phone is 260.615.7264.

Upon new sales or upgrades, send the install and convert groups a sales notification e-mail. The Install Group includes Maureen, Carla, Dick, Mike, Jackie R and April. The Convert Group consists of the same as above, plus Brian.

Kim Higginson is a Business Consultant on the Sales & Marketing Team. He is working full-time for Summit as a fully commissioned sales rep, also doing consulting, training and setup. He works from his home in Poseyville, IN (see directory).  His primary sales territory is S-IL, S-IN, KY and TN; secondary is AL, MS and AK.  He will concentrate on Petrolac© and Summit C-Store©.
