College education:	B.S. in Education (Ohio State University) - Accounting Degree (Ohio University) - Substitute teacher, school administrator, tax accounting, State Farm insurance claims, accountant & customer care at Telezone, manager of veternarian hospital and soda jerk (very 1st job).
Pride & Joy at Summit:	Mark. My award clock. Everyone I work with...the staff. It's such a great staff!
What you like most about working at Summit:	Without a doubt, the co-workers, our customers and the integrity of the company. I really love what I’m doing. I really enjoy working in sales with Lesa and Bruce and the customer interaction. Our customers are very special to me. It’s just a really neat company.
Things you think Summit needs to improve on & your ideas for how to improve the problem area you've observed:	I always feel we need to work on our response time to support calls. I guess I feel like we're trying to do that by hiring new people, going to on-line helps in our graphical software, etc.
Favorite thing to do when not at Summit:	Gardening, working out in the yard, spending time with family and model trains.
What you're most excited about in Summit's future:	The graphical software. I just think that the new innovations that we’re doing are incredible. As technology changes, we’re able to change with it. I think we are a progressive company that keeps up to date with technology! We are committed to our current customers as much as we are to our new customers. I think the other thing I am excited about at Summit is how our staff is growing. We have an excellent support staff already and we continue to enhance that as we growing to meet our customers’ support needs!
