Free time hobbies: Golf, woodworking and acquiring tools.
Favorite quote/saying: Ready, Shoot, then Aim.
Favorite dessert: Vanilla Ice Cream
Favorite holiday and why: Thanksgiving. Because our entire family gets together and we focus on giving thanks for our many blessings.
3 major accomplishments: Graduated from Geneseo, then IU. Raise 3 happy, well adjusted children into wonderful adults. Help Summit grow and be successful.
Favorite genre of music: Everything buty rap, depends on the mood.
If it rained music, what would grow?

I have no idea.

If you were an animal, what kind would you be? Horse
Favorite restaurant: Casa
Favorite childhood memory: Playing baseball, football, golf, basketball, hockey, skiing all day, every day. Exploring the "woods" which happened to be the Niagara Escarpment.
Republican, Democrat or Libertarian? Republican, conservative. As if everyone did not know this.
What ethnic heritage(s) are you? English, Irish, French, Scottish. Patrick Ringrose, my great grandfather, escaped the potato famine in Ireland, arrived in Owego, NY in 1849. And people wonder why I am so stubborn.
How many languages do you speak? English and COBOL. I am more fluent in COBOL.
How many states have you lived in? Born in Memphis, TN, moved to NY (Niagara Falls) at 1 year old and Indiana (Fort Wayne) in 1975.
What is the farthest place from Indiana that you have ever traveled to? Hawaii and I wish it was closer!
What would you do if someone gave you 1 million dollars? Pay my tax liability and save for retirement, donate, have a BIG party, buy more power tools!
What were you doing prior to starting your Summit career?

VP of Information Systems for Waterfield Mortgage for 9 years.

What do you like most about working at Summit? The people and customers, love working with both. I am very proud of our dedicated staff and their commitment to serving our customers.
If you could give Summit Software, Inc. a new name, what would it be? Summit is a great name, do not mess with success.
What are you most excited about in Summit's future?

We have a vision and a plan that will make the vision become reality. A vision of making a great company better and creating a great work environment. Many years of hard work, planning and creating value for our customers is paying dividends.
